‘OPFH’ – Mentor ‘EM’

Everyday Entrepreneurs in all age groups come up with ideas, many very good ones never see the light of day for a number of reasons. Mentors could well be the answer.
Men and Women of all ages, and often the very young, have great ideas, but neither the money nor the human resources or expertise it takes to develop their concept to a useful completion and to market.

Seniors can contribute much by joining ‘OPFH’ and offer their unparalleled expertise, to any fledgling Entrepreneur. If YOU are not interested, perhaps you know of someone who would love the idea to help get involved. Your reward maybe their friendship for life, and who knows what else might come of it…

Provide an executive summary of his/ her field of expertise in which the Mentor offers to help. Be prepared to answer questions by an enquiring Entrepreneur, as to details, time available, to assist in the development of an identified project, or challenge, put forth by the Entrepreneur.

Mentors should clearly identify what level of compensation, in what form and the timing, if any, will be appropriate as payment for any assistance given to the Entrepreneur.

A simple ‘Agreement‘ suitable to the subject, should be executed, as well as a NDA- ‘Non-Disclosure Agreeement’, to protect both sides. It is up to both parties to decide what additional level of contractual agreements should be executed. Keep in mind; It is better to have a good idea go forward, and have a piece of it, than ask for too much and have nothing.

Privacy: To maintain a maximum of privacy, keeping in mind that you wish to be contacted, the public will only see your Phone number and E-Mail address, though we need all the information asked for in the application for Membership.
