Both Buyers and Realtors can see your ‘Posting’.
Buyers will call you to buy direct from you, saving you thousands in Fees. Or you may choose to engage a Realtor for their market knowledge, negotiating skills and pay them for a set ‘Negotiating Fee’. Realtors will call helping their Buyer to find their new Home, getting paid their Fees by the Buyer. In Buyer direct you will save all of the Commissions, or have more room to negotiate the price, at worst, pay the full ‘Selling Commission’ to the Realtor, ie. 50% of what you pay if you ‘listed’ with a Realtor, and still be thousands ahead of the game. You have Choices !
Some Realtors may contact you to talk about your ‘Posting’. There is no harm whatsoever to promise to pay them a pre-negotiated Fee for introducing a Buyer to you who will actually buy your Property.
There is no set percentage, all is negotiable.
